Aside from spending my evenings training clients I also have a business creating competition bikinis for Bikini & Figure Athletes.

Fitness has always been a major part of my life growing up and being given the opportunity to be part of the USN Team is an absolute dream.

Spending most of my life as a competitive swimmer I have always been disciplined when it comes to sport & fitness. I represented England & Great Britain before moving to America to represent West Virginia University on a 4 year Swimming Scholarship earning All-American status finishing 7th at the NCAA Championships in the 200m Butterfly. After retiring from swimming I became a little lost in how to train out of water and soon the weight piled on. It wasn’t until I moved back to Manchester and joined a gym before I found my passion for weight training. After losing all the weight I had gained and starting to see my strength increase I chose to challenge myself by competing in my first Bikini Fitness competition. I finished 12th out of 25 and my feedback was that I needed to be in Body Fitness which is where I am now. Training for me is about pushing my body to the limits and escaping my hectic work life. There’s nothing I love more than sticking my headphones on, zoning out the rest of the world and giving each session everything I have to get the results I want.
