Being underweight can lead to health conditions such as anemia, heart problems, and chronic fatigue. You can use this tool to calculate a healthy weight for you height.
This tool does not take your frame size (small, medium or large), or your gender into account. It also does not account for pregnancy, breastfeeding women, athletes and those with a muscular build, older persons or persons who have loss of muscle mass, and illness.
It is not intended for those individuals under 18 years of age, or those who are under 5 feet tall or over 7 feet tall, but will give you a good idea whether your weight is within the healthy range, or just how many kilograms you need to lose or gain.
