UK mainland delivery is FREE when you spend £30 or more online, there will be a £2.50 charge for orders below this value. Please refer to the table below for shipping costs to all other countries.

Please ensure that you provide a valid street address where somebody will be available to receive the parcel between 9am and 5pm as the courier service cannot provide specific delivery times. If you are unlikely to be at home during those hours, please provide an alternative address.

Orders are dispatched from our premises and delivered in 1 – 3 working days.

Please be aware orders placed over Bank Holiday weekends will be processed the next working day. 

**Christmas Delivery Update** – Orders placed before noon on Wednesday the 19th December will be dispatched before Christmas. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the 2nd of January

Lost or Damaged Shipment

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the goods, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to inform us of your decision to return the item(s). If your refund request is approved, you will be required to return the item(s) to USN in original condition within 14 days of approval for a replacement, exchange or refund.

If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged, is defective in any way or is not the item which you ordered, we will arrange a replacement or refund.  In the event of this occurring or for any other returns enquiry, please contact us here or call us on 0845 1800 556 between 9:30am to 2.30pm (Mon – Fri) for return instructions. Please do not return an item without informing us and please ensure that all returned goods are clearly marked with your name and order details.

If returning an item to us which we are not liable to collect at our cost (for example if you ordered the wrong flavour etc.), we suggest that you retain proof of postage for your own records in the event of the item/s failing to reach us. Please note that we do not issue refunds if the product has been opened.

PLEASE NOTE: Returned products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:

1. The item must be in resalable condition, unsoiled and with no damage to the container, lid, seal or label.
2. The item must be unopened.
3. The item must be in the original packaging.
4. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

International Returns and Exchanges (Outside of UK)

For orders placed outside of the UK, the delivery charge will not be refunded in the event of a return or exchange.

In the circumstance that customs & import duty is required, we will require payment from the customer before the sending of goods. Countries outside of the European Union can be subject to this, dependent on order value.

Please note, if customs duty is not paid for whatever reason, your order will be returned to USN’s premises and a shipping handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that returns can take between 7-10 business days to receive and process, however, we will do our best to minimise any delay.
