It is light & fluffy and also easy to make for an healthy breakfast with simple ingredients that taste amazing and fill you up! Egg whites, USN 100% Premium Whey Protein and ripe bananas make up these low-fat and low-carb pancakes for a complete and wholesome meal.
-1 egg and 2 egg white or 2 eggs
– 1 banana
– 1 scoop of USN 100% Premium Whey Protein
Filling and top:
– Organic Buko coconut jam
– Sukrin icing sugar
– Run everything from the batter through the blender on medium low speed until very well mixed.
– Heat a nonstick egg pan to medium high heat and grease with coconut oil. Add batter in small circles if you prefer thinner. When the edges start to look dry (2-3 minutes), flip and cook another minute or two on the other side.
– Top with anything you like! I like coconut jam or peanut butter, berries dusting with ice sugar sukrin
