Diets tend to leave people hungry; possibly leading them to consume more on “cheat days”. Whereas a meal replacement shake provides the body with the correct amount of nutrients and minerals, such as fibre which is key to curbing your appetite.

Many people like to have theirs in replacement of breakfast in the morning since it’s quick and easy, others prefer to have theirs on an evening to help fight late-night cravings.
